Draft. This page describes how HospAux works today. It is to be reviewed by a lawyer before HospAux takes payments or opens to students.
Course payments are final
A course opens as soon as it's paid for, for six months, so course payments aren't refunded. You can see a course's units and tasks, and its price, on its page before you pay.
Duplicate payments are refunded
If you've been charged more than once for the same purchase, we refund the extra payment in full, to the account or card it came from. Write to us at info@hospaux.com with the order numbers; we start the refund within 7 working days of confirming it, and your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Payments that fail
If a payment fails but money has left your account, your bank or the payment provider returns it, usually within a few working days. If it hasn't come back, write to us with the order number and we'll help.
Cancellation
There's no subscription to cancel. A course's access simply ends six months after it was paid for, unless you renew it.
Institutes
When an institute pays for its students, payments and any refunds follow the institute's agreement with us.
