Walk into your first posting ready.
Learn the hospital system your future job runs on, task by task, on its real screens. Practise until it's second nature, and earn a certificate employers can check.
What you'll be able to show
- The tasks of your job, done on real screens
- Real paperwork entered without mistakes
- Decisions made in a patient's case
- A graded certificate with a QR check
Two ways to start
Either way, everything you do is saved to your own account, and you can carry on from any computer or phone.
On your own
With your institute
A plan for your week
Each Monday your home page sets out a few steps worked out from your courses: up to three new tasks to learn, three to practise, a refresher that's due, and a drill or a case. Do all but two and you've reached the week's goal.
- Counts what you do on any device
- Each step opens the right task
- It never stops you doing more
Your own finish date
Choose how fast you want to go, or pick a date. Each unit you still have to learn gets a date to aim for, sized to the unit, and your To-dos remind you a week ahead. If your batch has set dates for some units, its dates stay for those.
- Change it, or remove it, whenever you like
- A guide, never a lock
Nothing slips
Your To-dos gather what's waiting for you: refreshers that are due, the assessment once you've learned 80% of a course, a certificate to claim, a target coming up, or access about to end.
How refreshers workA certificate employers can check
Pass the assessment and claim your certificate on the spot. Graded O, A+ or A, with a number and a QR code. Put it on your CV: an employer can check it online in seconds, without signing in.
- Never expires
- A better grade later replaces it
- Save it as a PDF
Check it online by its number
Questions?
Do I need a teacher or an institute?
No. You can start a course on your own, learn, take the assessment and earn the certificate yourself. If you study through an institute, join its batch and your teacher can follow along.
What do I need?
A browser. It works best on a laptop or desktop, like the hospital system itself, and also opens on phones.
Is it the real hospital system?
The lessons use the real screens of the MedAura hospital ERP, with a demo hospital and demo patients. No real patient data is involved.
How long can I use a course?
Six months from when you unlock it. Renew any time and the new months follow on. Your certificate never expires.
What if I don't pass the assessment?
You have three attempts, and your best counts. After that, you get one more every 7 days, so there's time to practise in between.
Start with the course for your job.
Nine courses, from nursing to hospital stores. Pick yours and begin.
